Financial Due Diligence Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Due Diligence Expert to join our team at RSM US LLP. As a key member of our Transaction Advisory Services team, you will play a critical role in providing financial and operational analysis of US and international businesses for our clients.
Responsibilities:- Perform financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses
- Participate in client meetings and site visits to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis
- Prepare detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements
- Use various software tools as designated by the firm
- Interact with other functional areas of the practice, including tax, audit, and consulting
- Assist in preparing proposals and engagement letters
- Represent the firm in community activities and professional associations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 6 years experience in an Audit or Transaction Advisory practice within a national or regional public accounting or consulting firm
- Supervision/Team Leadership experience
- Ability to direct and manage client engagements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 10-15% overnight
- CPA certification
- Able to work within tight deadlines and take responsibility for getting the job done in a timely manner
- Preferred industry experience in one or more of the following: manufacturing, distribution, retail, healthcare, energy, and technology
