Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at FISHER-HALL. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities through research and lead generation.
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet their sales targets.
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
- Report daily field activity using Salesforce-based CRM and focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
- Prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to be active in the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
