Job Summary

A Fitness Coach at Life Time is responsible for delivering personalized fitness programs that help members achieve their wellness goals. They will work closely with clients to understand their fitness needs and develop customized training plans to maximize their workout efficiency, improve their fitness level, and enhance their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement safe and effective personal training programs that cater to clients' diverse fitness needs and goals
  • Conduct fitness consultations to assess clients' fitness levels, identify areas for improvement, and create tailored training plans
  • Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments to provide clients with the best possible guidance and support
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional member experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for personal training programs and services
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, training plans, and sales performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., exercise science, kinesiology, sports management)
  • 1-2 years of experience in personal training or a related field
  • Certifications in personal training, group fitness, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience working in a fitness management or sales role
  • Knowledge of fitness software and technology
