Job Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team at SERVPRO Team Wilson.

Job Summary:

The Commercial Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, including pre-construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site management.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed and ensure timely project completion.
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and other stakeholders to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive relationships throughout the construction process.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction management, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes, with the ability to interpret and enforce contract documents and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
  • Experience in the restoration industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
