Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to patients regarding their accounts
  • Process referrals to specialty care and manage billing information
  • Communicate with patients regarding their accounts and resolve any issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Your Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year experience in medical front office or related field preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
