Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: As a Medical Support Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients. This includes checking patients in and out, taking vital signs, instructing patients on medication and treatment plans, and participating in interdisciplinary treatment teams.
  • Teamwork: You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. OSHA training and HIPAA compliance certification preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Basic computer skills and experience with EMR/EHR systems.
