About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Cost Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our construction cost management team, you will be responsible for providing expert cost advice and guidance to clients across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction economics, with a minimum of 8 years' experience working on large-scale projects. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing cost plans and estimates for complex construction projects.
  • Providing commercial input to design teams and negotiating contract prices with contractors.
  • Managing and tracking project budgets, ensuring compliance with client processes.
  • Coordinating with clients and vendors to understand invoicing schedules and cash flow forecasts.
