We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Telehealth program at D-H Lebanon-MHMH. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and delivering high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in clinical leadership, with experience in managing teams, developing strategic plans, and implementing best practices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the telehealth program, including staff management, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care through telehealth services
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Nursing or related field required; Doctoral degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical leadership, preferably in a telehealth or acute care setting
  • Proven track record of success in staff management, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
