We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instructional Designer to join our team at JetBlue. As a key member of our corporate training team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing training solutions that meet the needs of our Crewmembers.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions
- Design and develop training programs that meet FAA requirements and address business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training solutions are aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain training materials, including instructional design documents, training manuals, and assessments
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate training environment
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
