Job Summary
This position provides educational support, academic enrichment, and other academic-related services at the Community School. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who face challenges and will be able to analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action based on student needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide educational support and academic enrichment services to students
- Work with students who face challenges and develop effective strategies to support their learning
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure student success
- Develop and implement academic programs and services to meet the needs of students
Requirements
- Valid credential approved by the State of California authorizing service in Multiple Subject or Single Subject Language Arts, English, or other related subjects
- Experience working with students who face challenges and an understanding of the complexities of their needs
