RER Solutions, Inc. is currently inviting applications for a Senior Financial Analyst in Clean Energy to aid the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) in its mission to implement clean energy demonstration initiatives at scale. This role involves collaboration with the private sector to enhance deployment, market acceptance, and facilitate an equitable transition to a decarbonized energy system. The Senior Financial Analyst will operate in a remote capacity, contributing to our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze successful financial structures and development processes for past clean energy demonstration initiatives.
- Investigate emerging technologies, market trends, and evolving policy landscapes relevant to the projects.
- Assess Technology and Adoption Readiness.
- Leverage expertise and industry experience to meet client specifications effectively.
- Utilize Project Finance or Non-Recourse financing to support clean energy technologies or other infrastructure initiatives.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain client-issued Public Trust.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the clean energy sector, with at least 5 years in project finance, renewable energy finance, tax equity, or a related domain.
- Extensive knowledge of financing clean energy technologies.
- Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, regulatory policies, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of business writing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Bachelor's Degree
