Job Description

At The Springs Resort & Spa, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Supervisor to join our team. As a Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the valet team, ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage valet schedules, shift assignments, and break times to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
  • Train and mentor valet attendants on proper vehicle handling, guest interactions, and safety protocols.
  • Assist guests with their vehicles, providing a welcoming and professional first and last impression of the resort.
  • Maintain accurate records of all valet activities, including vehicle logs, guest transactions, and any incidents.
  • Inspect valet areas regularly to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve any issues related to valet services, escalating major concerns to upper management.
  • Enforce safety regulations for valet operations, ensuring that vehicles are parked and retrieved in a timely and secure manner.
  • Work closely with the front desk, bell staff, and security teams to coordinate guest services and ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure valet equipment and parking facilities are in good condition and report any maintenance or operational issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of valet or guest service experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Familiarity with parking systems, safety regulations, and vehicle handling procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
