We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Park Services Attendant to join our team at Great Wolf Lodge. As a key member of our waterpark team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall atmosphere of the waterpark meets or exceeds our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the pool area, including collecting and disposing of garbage, removing dirty towels, and stocking the pool area with clean towels.
  • Interact with waterpark guests by greeting, answering questions, and responding to requests.
  • Perform daily routine chores and maintenance of the waterpark to ensure overall cleanliness and a neat and orderly appearance.
  • Ensure windows and doorways are free of fingerprints and smudges.
  • Clean and sanitize waterpark restrooms.
Requirements
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
  • Previous experience with sanitation, laundry operations, and guest services.
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs, push/pull up to 100lbs, bend, stretch, and twist, stand for long periods, and climb multiple flights of stairs daily.
