We are seeking a skilled Luxury Sales Consultant to join our team at DC Builders. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Job Description

  • Research and identify potential high-end clients, including homeowners, architects, and real estate developers.
  • Cultivate relationships with these leads through various channels, such as cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
  • Evaluate project feasibility, scope, and alignment with our offerings to qualify leads.
  • Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand the specific requirements and goals of each client's project.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate with our clients and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales quotas and a strong understanding of the residential construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing high-dollar deals in a competitive but collaborative environment.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of prospects and leads.
  • Exceeding individual sales goals and targets.
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams, including design, drafting, purchasing, procurement, finance, HR, PMs, and company owners.
  • Communicating effectively with team members nationwide.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
