Key Responsibilities
  • Expand the business footprint by effectively selling gas solutions and technologies to both new and existing clients
  • Formulate and implement strategies to sustain and grow the current customer base
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and project scopes with clients
  • Utilize CRM tools for effective planning, scheduling, and management of sales activities
  • Build enduring relationships with key clients, facilitating supply agreements and developing a robust customer portfolio
  • Monitor and manage customer Accounts Receivable to minimize financial risk
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues by leveraging company resources
  • Maintain a positive demeanor with all stakeholders including associates, customers, and vendors
  • Collaborate with local branch managers to enhance sales and customer relations through retail operations
  • Achieve targets and objectives established in collaboration with management
  • Handle administrative tasks such as expense management, sales profitability analysis, and customer data management
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in industrial gases sales
  • Familiarity with welding and gas products is highly desirable
  • Proven industrial sales experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in managing a sales territory
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A solid industrial background is essential
