Job Title: Senior Controls Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Engineer to join our team at Premier Connect Solutions LLC. This is a leadership role that requires a strong technical background in automation solutions, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial processes and machinery.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to provide control system solutions.
  • Develop project execution plans, work breakdown structures, and associated budgets.
  • Manage project timelines, task prioritization, and scheduling.
  • Oversee daily operations and activities of a project up to $10M.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Greater than 8 years of experience in automation solutions, with a strong understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS/Delta V platforms.
  • Experience in project management, with a PMP certification a plus.
  • Understanding of Batch/Recipes, OEE, MES, and ERP systems.
  • Experience in industries such as Semiconductor, Life Sciences, Building Automation, Food and Beverage, Water Treatment, and general manufacturing.
Travel and Working Environment:

Ability to travel up to 25% - mostly local to Dallas. Standard office environment, on-site office environment, diverse industrial environments, frequent use of a personal computer, facsimile/copy machines, and phones.

Physical Demands of Position: Seeing, color perception, hearing, clear speech, dexterity in hands, driving, lifting, ability to mount/dismount equipment, pushing and pulling.
