Food Service Leadership Opportunity

Kwik Trip Inc is seeking a motivated individual to lead our food program.

As an Assistant Food Service Leader, you will be responsible for preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting the example for excellent customer service, ensuring the team focuses on achieving daily goals, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring the highest quality of customer service.

  • Maintain a clean and inviting store
  • 6 months food experience including customer service and food prep
  • Ability to get others motivated to complete tasks and meet goals
  • Knowledgeable on food safety and sanitation
  • Lift up to 50lbs, walk/stand up to 8-10 hours per day
  • Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) primarily 2nd shift
