Job Summary:

The Full-Time Backroom Lead Processor will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the production process and ensuring that production goals are met
  • Assigning and directing daily tasks for production team members
  • Training new team members on production expectations and processes
  • Providing quality control inspections to ensure that only the best products make it to the floor
  • Tracking and reporting production at scheduled times
  • Participating in production processes as needed
  • Implementing strategies to meet product acquisition, production, and sales goals
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma plus 1 year of relevant experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Retail sales production and/or thrift store experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to speak, write, and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication
  • Basic computer skills, including the use of payroll programs
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and deal with problems involving several concrete variables
