About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Nurse to join our team in Anchorage, AK. As a Hospice Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families in their homes, clinics, and other settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect quality care to patients and families, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Travel to see patients in the Anchorage, AK area, providing care and support in a variety of settings.
  • Work collaboratively with the Hospice Director and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care activities.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Oncology, Hospice, or Long term Care.
