About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice RN to join our team at Providence In-Home Services. As a Hospice Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and their families in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct and indirect quality care to patients and families, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management, symptom control, and end-of-life care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Oncology, Hospice, or Long-term Care.
