Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a skilled Hospice and Palliative Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska.

Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients with serious illnesses, focusing on pain and symptom management.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Practitioner studies.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Alaska.
- Experience in hospice and palliative care, with a strong understanding of pain and symptom management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
