About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice RN to join our team at Providence In-Home Services. As a Hospice RN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and their families, promoting comfort, dignity, and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication management, wound care, and symptom management.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Alaska Registered Nurse License.
  • Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
