We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Systems Engineering to lead the development and implementation of systems engineering practices within our product development teams. Key Responsibilities- Drive the adoption of System Engineering processes and MBSE methodologies across all engineering teams.
- Oversee the development of system architectures, using models to facilitate better communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Lead the application of analytical methods for systems robust design and optimization methodologies, including tolerance analysis, design for Six Sigma (DFSS), and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA), to ensure product reliability and quality.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of MBSE implementation and drive accountability across teams.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, validate designs, and ensure that models meet business and customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in systems engineering with a strong focus on MBSE methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives, with a track record of establishing processes and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
