We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team, responsible for maintaining safety and federal contractor compliance, assisting the General Manager with management duties, and developing and maintaining knowledge of services and pricing structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage safety and federal contractor compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the General Manager with management duties, including inventory management and troubleshooting issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of services and pricing structures, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Utilize the company's Growth Management System (GMS board) to schedule and document activities, and develop prospective customer profiles.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with customers.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • MS Office and strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
