About the Role:

Dana Safety Supply is a leading provider of public safety equipment and expertise. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Belen, New Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage safety and federal contractor compliance
  • Daily inventory management and troubleshooting
  • Manage inventory and determine customer needs
  • Utilize company's Growth Management System (GMS board) for scheduling and documenting activities

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • MS office and strong Excel skills required
  • Self-starter with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment
