Sterilization Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our team at SF Implants and Perio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process dental instruments and patient care items through the sterilization process safely and efficiently
  • Maintain sterilization equipment, following manufacturer maintenance guidelines and intervals
  • Turn over operatories, transporting dirty instruments to the sterilization area for processing
  • Set up treatment rooms for the next patient procedure
  • Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
  • Chairside assisting for basic exams and post-ops (preferred but not required)
Requirements
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with Dentrix or general computer literacy is preferred but not required
  • Covid vaccination
Work Schedule

Hours for this position are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
