Key Responsibilities:- Perform thorough cleaning and disinfection of medical equipment and instruments
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Verify the accuracy of sterilization processes and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless equipment preparation and delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance sterilization processes and patient safety
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sterile processing or a related field

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
