As a Lead Business Systems Analyst on the Agent Tools team, you will be tasked with defining and outlining systems scope and objectives through thorough research and analysis, coupled with an understanding of relevant business systems and industry standards.

Utilizing this expertise, you will design and develop new systems by configuring new hardware or software or repurposing existing systems to achieve different or enhanced outcomes.

This role involves working on the most intricate projects and serving as a subject matter expert and mentor to fellow business systems analysts.



QUALIFICATIONS FOR SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

Experience:
7+ years in Business Systems or IT-related roles

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Skills:
Proven leadership capabilities

In-depth knowledge of business processes and systems

Abilities:
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team setting
Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities
Analytical skills to interpret data effectively
Quickly identify business challenges and opportunities
Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to engage with all levels of management and staff
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
