Responsibilities of an LPN with IntelyCare
  • Resident Care: Being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans.
  • Wellness Tracking: Tracking the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitoring their vital signs.
  • Intakes and Documentation: Conducting intakes, documenting health concerns and medical history of residents.
  • Medication Administration: Administering and properly verifying medications and monitoring their effects.
  • Chart Review: Reviewing residents' charts and medical records.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assisting with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility.
  • Supply Management: Maintaining appropriate stocks of medical supplies.
  • Training and Orientation: Participating in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures, and helping with the orientation and training of medical staff.
Requirements for LPN Positions
  • Education: High school graduation, GED, or equivalent.
