Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Testing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our client's systems.
  • Lead Quality Assurance and Testing Activities: Coordinate and manage quality assurance and testing efforts to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
  • Develop and Maintain Automation Frameworks: Design and implement automation frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Perform System, Regression, and Functional Testing: Conduct thorough testing of systems, applications, and processes to identify defects and ensure quality.
  • Create and Maintain Testing Reports and Dashboards: Develop and update testing reports and dashboards to track progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in automation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Qtest, JIRA, TOSCA, Selenium, and PL/SQL.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
