Job Title: Field Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Supervisor to join our team at Allan Myers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of field operations for assigned job sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of hourly crew members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Plan and schedule manpower and equipment resources to meet project demands.
  • Manage deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce Allan Myers' safety program, including pre-planning, safety protocols, and accident investigation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other field managers, superintendents, and customers to develop and implement successful project plans.
  • Provide on-the-job training to crew members and communicate performance expectations for productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Administer timely and accurate documentation for project-related activities, including change orders, time and materials, purchase orders, and daily job control reports.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; continuing education in construction highly desirable.
  • Minimum 2 years of construction experience in at least one trade discipline, with one or more years of construction supervisory experience preferred.
  • OSHA 10-hour certification required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
