Job Summary

The Waters is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver and Resident Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support and care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated
  • Assist residents with dining and homemaking tasks
  • Respond to and report changes in resident's health status and/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of care
  • Complete thorough daily charting
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional care and service

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA)
  • High-school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
  • One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and follow verbal directions in English
  • Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
  • Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
