Job Summary

Badger State Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of the restoration process, from initial assessment to final completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with property insurance representatives, construction trades, and residential/commercial property owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
  • Partner with insurance companies to negotiate settlement amounts and define the scope while adhering to industry standards and building codes
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure safe work practices and adherence to relevant OSHA safety practices for all subordinates
  • Ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in construction management, restoration, business administration, or related field is required
  • Residential or commercial construction experience is highly desired
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients at all levels
  • Valid driver's license
