About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the creation and successful execution of product and program transfers and low complexity new product introductions (NPI) across Plexus manufacturing sites and Plexus market sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently lead projects that involve the transfer of PCBAs, test fixtures and or systems, excess material and or the material supply chain into a Plexus Manufacturing facility.
  • Create and lead the project timeline to transfer existing products and processes from the current manufacturer or customer facility to a Plexus manufacturing facility.
  • Manage the existing relationships across all Plexus and customer work streams.
  • Lead the overall project by ensuring project success factors are clearly communicated to the project team and guide the project team through completion and execution of all project tasks.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3 years of related experience is required.
  • Formal project management training is desired (pursuing training is preferred).
  • CLSSGB - Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
