Vehicle Assessment Professional

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Assessment Professional to join our team. As a Driver License Examiner, you will play a vital role in ensuring public safety and assisting individuals in achieving their driving goals. This role involves performing standardized On-Road assessments to evaluate the skills and competencies of applicants seeking a Commercial or Non-Commercial Driver License, conducted safely and courteously.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate applicants' skills and competencies during standardized On-Road assessments, ensuring a safe and courteous environment.
- Assess applicants' physical condition and driving qualifications, as well as the mechanical state of their vehicles, in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
- Administer CDL and Non-CDL knowledge examinations to evaluate applicants' understanding of the motor vehicle code and traffic signs.
Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $42,984 - $61,712 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive full-time employment with 80 hours bi-weekly, work hours from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break.
