Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager- Ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor progress
- Assess risks associated with projects and implement strategies to mitigate them
- Estimate financial needs, prepare budgets, and manage expenses accordingly
- Oversee modifications to project costs, scope, and timelines
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- Provide management with updates on project status as necessary
- Keep thorough documentation of all project activities
- Utilize appropriate tools to evaluate project success
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial HVAC sector
- At least 2 of those years in a project management role
- Demonstrated success in project management
