We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our top-ranking real estate team in the VA area. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enabling our agents to focus on what they do best – selling real estate.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily administrative tasks, ensuring seamless transactions from listing to closing. This includes preparing pre-listing presentations, listing agreements, disclosures, and property profiles, as well as coordinating showings and gathering feedback from agents. You will also oversee all aspects of seller transactions, manage client databases, and maintain accurate records.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and leadership roles within the team. **Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year

The Lifestyle Homes Team offers a competitive salary range based on experience, plus benefits including PTO, stipend benefits, and a 3% matching retirement plan after six months of employment.
