About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Permitting and Siting Engineer to join our Earth & Environment Team in our New York City office. As a technical task lead, you will play a key role in supporting large-scale renewable energy projects and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support routing/siting studies, analyses, and associated reports and approvals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with public and private sector clients, agencies, partner firms, and sub-consultants
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing environmental permitting and planning projects for energy-related projects
  • Experience with noise assessments and noise mitigation in NYS
  • Ability to work independently and provide guidance and leadership to mid-level to senior-level team or project members

Compensation

Expected Salary: $71,700 - $122,980
