At Macom Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled RF Pallet Design Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will work in a multi-disciplinary team to develop single and multi-stage RF pallet products for the Aerospace and Defense market.

Key responsibilities include designing, simulating, building, and tuning high power amplifier pallets for A&D applications, working with assembly teams to ensure first prototypes meet manufacturability requirements, testing to ensure customer specifications are satisfied, and collaborating with the Transistor design team to optimize GaN high power amplifiers for customer-specific applications.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for documenting, characterizing, and releasing pallet products for high-volume production.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field, minimum 3-5 years' experience designing high-efficiency power amplifiers, experience in advanced high-power RF measurements, and proficiency in ADS or AWR RF simulation tools and AutoCAD for mechanical design.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent spoken and written communication skills, be self-motivated with strong planning and organizational skills, and have strong analytical skills.
