Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Banker II to join our team at First Financial Bancorp. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process deposits and withdrawals in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
  • Provide customer service by selling and servicing all account products, including checking, savings, certificates of deposit, and IRA accounts.
  • Actively participate in the Customer Service First sales and service culture, supporting the values of the organization and following established Bank policies and procedures.
  • Perform cross-trained duties in image capture processes.
  • Travel to Abilene or other Bank Regions for training as required.
  • Work flexible hours and/or extended hours as business requires.
Requirements
  • A self-starting team player with a high school diploma or GED.
  • College degree or twelve months' customer contact and sales experience required.
  • Banking experience preferred.
  • Requires communication and sales skills, mathematical and general business knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Commitment to providing "WOW" customer service is required.
