Lash Technician Esthetician/Cosmetologist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lash Technician Esthetician/Cosmetologist to join our team at Amazing Lash Studio. As an Eyelash Extension Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and applying custom eyelash treatments to our clients, ensuring they leave our studio feeling refreshed and beautiful.

• Design and Apply Eyelash Treatments: Create specific eyelash treatments based on our 4 unique styles and the guest's individual needs.
• Perform Eyelash Extension Sessions: Provide professional eyelash extension sessions to our clients, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Maintain Sanitation and Sterilization Standards: Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and our studio's policies and procedures.
• Upsell and Promote Services: Understand, promote, and sell Amazing Lash Studio service offerings, including choice upgrades.
• Provide Excellent Guest Experience: Create an excellent experience for guests with a charismatic, friendly, and helpful attitude.
• Recommend Frequency and Aftercare: Provide frequency recommendations and education to guests on proper lash aftercare.
• Generate New Clientele: Generate new clientele through our referral program.
• Participate in Ongoing Coaching and Training: Open to ongoing coaching, and learning by attending and participating in required education and training classes with our Regional Lash Trainer.

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist: A licensed professional in esthetics/aesthetics, or cosmetology.
• Willingness to Learn: Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques.
• Positive Attitude and Demeanor: A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor and attitude.
• Customer Service Skills: A customer service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers.

• Competitive Compensation: Competitive compensation plan with the potential to make between $20,000 and $65,000 per year depending on full-time or part-time status.
