About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wings Over. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to your team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor and manage store staffing levels, recruiting, and hiring to achieve operational excellence, including scheduling, coaching, and hands-on management.
  • Financial Management: Analyze reports such as COGs, inventory, and labor to identify and address trends and issues affecting in-store performance, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that food safety and quality standards are maintained, leading disciplined execution in FOH and BOH, following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Serves a consistent product and service by providing proper team training and giving regular feedback, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts promptly in a thoughtful, empathetic, and fair manner, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in community events and identify partnerships that align with our company values, engaging with our neighbors and building strong relationships.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two (2) years of management experience, with three (3) years of food service experience (line-level or management), including at least one (1) year in fast-casual/QSR.
  • Certifications: Serv-Safe Certified.
  • Schedule: Flexible schedule, available nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Skills: Passionate about food and guest service, able to manage store operations independently, communicate clearly and concisely, handle confidential/sensitive information, and drive the growth of your team members and yourself.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
