Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Medical Storekeeper will oversee the following functions, along with other assigned tasks:
- Ensure the store meets sales and profit objectives while adapting to evolving customer needs.
- Encourage cross-departmental merchandising and execute weekly and seasonal display updates while maintaining pricing accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members, focusing on enhancing the customer experience through continuous improvement.
- Inspire team members by fostering a positive atmosphere, teamwork, and engagement. Empower staff to address customer concerns swiftly and professionally.
- Conduct daily team meetings and weekly management discussions to share information, set priorities, and celebrate achievements.
- Maintain all aspects of store presentation and conditions, ensuring a diverse range of products to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
- Organize backroom inventory for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Promote diversity and equal opportunity in a respectful workplace.
- Set standards for a positive, safe, and engaging work environment.
- Strengthen community relations by participating in local events and organizations.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations governing store operations, as well as company policies. Ensure safety, sanitation, and proper maintenance of facilities and equipment, while upholding food safety and quality standards.
- Manage controllable expenses, including payroll, within budget expectations.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable for all departments, team members, and customers within the store.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To excel in this role, the Associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation. The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and four (4) years of retail experience.
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
