Position Overview

The Senior Store Operations Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the management team in all facets of dispensary operations, ensuring that every customer receives exemplary service in a welcoming and positive atmosphere. This position involves assisting customers with their unique needs, maintaining comprehensive product knowledge, and consistently delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in inventory oversight and management.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures and training initiatives.
  • Contribute to the opening and closing processes of the dispensary.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with established standards.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Guide customers in selecting appropriate products based on their individual needs and physician recommendations.
  • Clearly communicate the effects and benefits of various cannabis products to customers.
  • Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system.
  • Ensure the security of organizational assets as directed by management.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining display cases and overall cleanliness of the dispensary.
  • Participate in inventory management and replenishment activities.
  • Facilitate new customer memberships and renewals.
  • Maintain an organized database of customer information.
  • Handle phone inquiries and schedule appointments for customers.
  • Keep educational materials and resources readily available for customers.
  • Uphold a clean and safe environment by performing regular housekeeping tasks.
  • Foster a workplace culture that emphasizes trust and respect.
  • Adhere to confidentiality protocols in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.
