Position Overview
The Senior Store Operations Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the management team in all facets of dispensary operations, ensuring that every customer receives exemplary service in a welcoming and positive atmosphere. This position involves assisting customers with their unique needs, maintaining comprehensive product knowledge, and consistently delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management team in inventory oversight and management.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures and training initiatives.
- Contribute to the opening and closing processes of the dispensary.
- Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with established standards.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Guide customers in selecting appropriate products based on their individual needs and physician recommendations.
- Clearly communicate the effects and benefits of various cannabis products to customers.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system.
- Ensure the security of organizational assets as directed by management.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining display cases and overall cleanliness of the dispensary.
- Participate in inventory management and replenishment activities.
- Facilitate new customer memberships and renewals.
- Maintain an organized database of customer information.
- Handle phone inquiries and schedule appointments for customers.
- Keep educational materials and resources readily available for customers.
- Uphold a clean and safe environment by performing regular housekeeping tasks.
