Contract Materials Manager Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Materials Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and supplies for our electrical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement process to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Solicit and review quotes from preferred vendors for each order.
  • Coordinate storage and delivery schedules with vendors to optimize cost-effectiveness and quality.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in commercial and/or public works electrical construction industry.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; spreadsheet fluency is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
