Key Responsibilities
  • Fitting participants with ski and snowboarding equipment and supplies
  • Providing initial skiing and snowboarding information and guidance
  • Ensuring equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
  • Working effectively in a team environment to provide a positive experience for our participants
Requirements
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior ski area experience
  • Knowledge of ski and snowboarding equipment and techniques
  • Ability to work with children and youth
Working Conditions

This is a seasonal position, working Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, and be able to stand for long periods of time in extreme cold and inclement weather conditions.
