About the Job
- The Senior Claims Representative at Brown & Brown will be responsible for managing high-priority accounts and catastrophic claims.
- Responsibilities include maintaining a claim inventory, making timely contact with stakeholders, investigating claims through phone interviews and emails, and concluding claim processing in accordance with company standards.
Key Skills
- Maintenance of a claim inventory as deemed appropriate by management.
- Verification, research, evaluation, and recommendation of appropriate coverage on each claim.
- Making timely contact with members, injured workers, agents, providers, attorneys, etc.
