About the Role

Leverage your technical expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences as a Technical Account Manager at RELX. This role requires a strong understanding of software applications and a passion for problem-solving. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth technical research to resolve complex issues
  • Respond to customer inquiries and log support calls
  • Manage critical support escalations and communicate with internal teams
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix bugs
  • Document support processes and maintain internal knowledge base topics

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills and experience in software support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and provide solutions
  • Experience with CRM systems and software development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
