Position Overview

Endeavor Professional Services, LLC is looking for a motivated Staff Professional to join our team. A degree in geology or a related discipline is essential. While Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn, demonstrate flexibility for fieldwork, and be capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

This role involves contributing to various projects, including:

  • Development of public water supply wells
  • Geological assessments and site evaluations
  • Oversight of drilling operations
  • Well construction and aquifer testing
  • Implementation of sustainability studies and wellhead protection strategies
  • Regulatory compliance and permitting processes

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, along with bonus opportunities. Initially, this position will allow for remote work, with occasional visits to the office for collaboration with colleagues and management.
