About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Phoenix Tank. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and construction operations to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual issues and scheduling deficiencies, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Communicate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and document project progress, including tracking milestones, deadlines, and budget expenditures.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure that all projects are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to review and understand project plans and specifications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
